Qigong is an ancient Chinese method of health and well-being that co-ordinates breathing and gentle movement to relax and strengthen the body and mind.
These workshops consist of slow movements, breathing exercises, and meditations to promote a state of deep calm whilst improving postural alignment, balance, coordination and general well-being. Take the time to listen to your body and to find ways to loosen any stiffness and blockages. Connect with yourself and with Nature.
There is also the option to stay for tea/coffee after the session. โ
